Who Do You Have Your $ On? New York Knicks or the Boston Celtics? Game 3 tonight at MSG!

It's going down tonight at Madison Square Garden!  Carmelo and company have something to prove to the legions of  fans who have welcomed the homecoming hero back to New York with open arms. I sure hate to be in Melo's shoes right about now.  We all know how the N.Y. media can build you up when your winning and just as fast, tear you down when your losing.  Well I bet for Melo, he is feeling the pressure with his team down 2-0 in this series. The New York Knicks must win at home at least once in order to be taken seriously by the Boston Celtics' Paul, Garnett, and Ray Allen.

I can't wait to see which superstar on the Knicks will step up and play for all of N.Y.C tonight!  It must be difficult having to carrying an entire city on your back when your team is hurting with injuries.  Hurting or not, the fans in N.Y. want a win.  They expect a win and deserve a playoff win.  Even if it's only one win out of five, they deserve that much.  I won't be as hard on Melo and his cast as the media will if he fails to bring home a victory in the next two games.  I know that the pressure has mounted and all eyes will be on him.  He should be used to the pressure by now, both good and bad press.  Like they say, good or bad at least your relevant enough to be mentioned.

If the Knicks come up short again tonight they will have another chance at winning at home on Easter Sunday.  I doubt if they want to be down 3-0 to a top notch team like Boston.  I haven't seen another team other than the 2006 Champion Miami Heat come back and win a series after being down 3-0.  Not to mention that they had a superstar center, Shaquille O'Neal giving them valuable minutes and rebounds.

Well tip off is at 7pm, EST and I will be in my front row seat in the living room watching all of the action.  Hopefully for Melo and the Knicks, the advantage of being in front of their home crowd will spark some energy and offense for the team and maybe, just maybe they can pull this win off.  Until the end of the game...
